Let us custom print your selection.
You
select the font and ink color, and our experts
will create a beautifully laid out presentation
for you to proof. Some items require a minimum quantity
order (as indicated). Orders under the minimum may
require additional fee. All printable products in
the store catalog are priced for blank stock.

e-mail your proof to the address provided at no additional
cost usually within 2 business days. Approved proofread
items will be printed as shown. Perfected, slight
variations may occur in image, font, size and color on
the actual printed item (printing is more precise than
computer image). Upon receipt of your approved proof,
we will ship your order usually within 2 business days.

Personalization
On-line Products are
priced for blank stock. When the "personalize
it, yes, please!" product option is selected, the
price will automatically include the personalization
fees. Generally $10/box of 10 and $15/box of 20.

Shipping
Upon receipt of your
order, or approved proof for custom printing, we will
ship your in stock order usually within 2 business days.
We will ship either UPS Ground service or Federal Express
at our discretion from our store in Dunedin, FL (Tampa
Bay area) unless otherwise requested.
Shipping fees:
- UPS or other methods - all
orders charged actual rate determined by commercial
carrier.
Shipping fees outside the continental
United States:
- Additional charges directly
to you may apply for taxes and brokerage fees

Returns
If you are not satisfied
with a product you may return it for a replacement within
30 days of shipment, upon approval. NO custom printed
item may be returned unless the item does not match the
approved proof we received and have on file. No
shipping costs will be refunded.

michele@paperplayers.com.
Please indicate your order number, the name on the original
order, what item, quantity, the reason for your return,
and a contact name and telephone number. We will
make every effort to accommodate your request. Additional
shipping costs will apply for the replacement product.
Do not send the return
until we will reply to your e-mail return request with
a Returned Merchandise Number and any other instructions
(usually within 2 business days). Please use care
when packaging returned items. If we are unable
to resell the item there may be a return fee charged.
